The Lifestyle DIET: Life is too short, let's detox our body.


Isn't it hype i.e "Detoxifying your body"?, If I say so, then it is "YES", I know in your mind you are saying the same. But have you ever wondered about the questions related to "Detox"!!. Let's start with what is toxins? They are the poisonous substance that is a specific product of the metabolic activities of a living organism and is usually very unstable.


Now, I can easily define "Detoxification" or "Detox", it is the process of removal of toxins from the body. "Simple, isn't it?", "This could not be simple if we don't know the definition of TOXINS". Your body especially your gut, which is your main line of defense, accumulates a lot of toxins that come from processed or undigested food, alcohol, sugary foods, and so on.


I know you all are waiting for the method for detox. Here is the list of ways. First, have lukewarm water with a pinch of turmeric and half a lemon every morning on an empty stomach. Secondly, Have raw unfiltered ACV with water at room temperature-------"This is my favorite". Third, have neem juice or capsule (500mg) on an empty stomach along with your morning drink. Fourth, Have celery juice with lemon, sea salt, and black pepper every day at around 4:00 pm. last but not least, take probiotic-rich foods or supplements daily.


These are the few methods that I discussed. There are many more but "abhi inhe se kaam chala lo". Because all the above ingredients are readily available in the market and you can easily afford them. So, let's enjoy and yes, don't forget to share your experience with these detox drinks.


Let's come on to blogs, after waking up in the morning the work I usually do was upload and spread blogs on every micro-blogging website. But sometimes I was in unconscious state and wrote something else i.e different blog numbers, uneven taglines, or anything like this". The reason I am telling you this is that If I had any mistake like this or will do in future then just ignore it, "And as we all know, you all are best in ignoring things", isn't it".


Ignoring anything doesn't mean nothing is going in our head, but we do just to avoid "conflicts" or "not to disturb our own aura" we ignore most of the things from morning to evening. Did you all play this game of "Ignoring", Is it good for you or bad for you?. The moral of the story, ignore every bullshit, don't get disturbed, enjoy your life because it is you who is controlling your life, not others. Hence, just keep your middle finger ready for every bullshit.


I just realized that I had become rude in the above paragraph, isn't it? Don't worry take it or not, it totally depends on you, your life your rules :)

In the evening I was on the edge of going to the gym but due to his "Mohit's" grace, I dropped it because "Panner Ke Parathe + Chai and vo bhi "Mohit" ke hath ki", these all are very close to my heart and I can't neglect them not even in my dreamzzzzzz. Sometimes it is okay to have it, really ^_^. Hence after having them, we went and completed our work and came home on time.
