Before starting this blog, let me first introduce what is a scam? The scam is a "Dishonest" scheme or "a fraud". We have seen many frauds in our life but as we all know "Byju's" always remain in news for buying this and that. Recently "BYJU'S marks its 9th acquisition of 2021, to acquire US-based coding startup "Tynker" and has already burnt cash of 2.4 billion dollars", if we convert that amount into Indian rupees they would have become "1,78,05,92,40,000.00" Indian Rupee.
Isn't it huge? From where is all the money coming to acquire these highest values start-ups? So here comes the scam, the way they are handling money, the way they are acquiring money, the way they are treating their staff, the way employees are working, the pressure they are suffering, and more and more, just stay tuned.
Basically, they used their so-called "Various Methods" like "Toxic" culture for employees, The way they give "Refund", last but not the least, "Marketing Techniques " that could easily modify it.

According to various Ex-employees. I am going to tell you the exact words that he had said. He said, they start pushing or "vo bhi unnecessary pressure on the employees. In fact, they don't have a sense of guilt. They[Byju's] can do anything for money. They play with the insecurities of parents.
Threats of children's future have been given to parents just for the sake of money. "Most Interesting part", they made the fake business/professional profiles of "Sales Executive" so that parents thinks them as "Sales Associate" not "Sales Executive". Pressure has been created on employees and work load was also too heavy so that they reached 2,3 am at their home.
If any of the parents do the legal case on them, by giving them money or threats or with the help of the investors they buried the case. "Then I asked him, why did they don't return the money?", He said, Return has been marked on the weekly target sheets of "Managers" and then they create problems at the time of "Incentives". Hence for the sake of "Incentives" managers won't even forward the request.
Most of the "Sales Executives" won't even tell the truth about the "Return Policy" because they have been told not to tell and if parents are forcing then tell them that "you can apply for the refund in 5-7 days" but in actuality, they should have been given 15 days.
Here is the most interesting part, have you ever thought what would be the real cost of course? No? the courses that students used to read formed at around 2k at max, and these "Rs-2k" courses they sell at the cost of 70-80k. And whenever sales executive said, that we are providing you the "Free Tab", "Ajeee Ghanta", they had already added the cost of that tab in their "Overpriced" courses" and additionally they used to tell 10-15k more than the real cost of course so that they get reduce at the time of "bargaining".
About the working hours, while joining they said that you have 5 days working. But in reality,people are working 7 days a week and 12 hours plus in a day. Can you believe it, as they have to meet with their weekly target of (200,000 rupees) As one employee put it: "As long as we met our targets, nothing else mattered". Supervisors would "keep [employee] working till midnight". He also said that we have to tell that "you are asked to do anything just to close the deal and keep it unrefunded for the next 15 days".
Their normal slang is, "Byju's will make the base strong. We use videos to teach. Animations. So that children like it, and don't get distracted. You don't even need school or teachers, where nobody gives any attention".
Most of the employees said that you will forget your family if you are working in "byju's".
